Wine Appreciation Class at The Bee by Culture Run

Ever think of learning new stuff? Here you go, CultureRun is an awesome Shareshop where we can share or learn new skills.

Though I am not an alcoholic lover, somehow I always wanted to know more about wine, on 24/10/2013 Culture Run organized a Wine Appreciation Class at The Bee. I was so excited and immediately sign up this free class. This is the second free Shareshop that I've joined. =)

Five Different Wine for us to try out~

To be honest, I know next to nothing about wine before I attended this class. Was curious what would I learn from here. Haha.

The class started at 9.00pm sharp and we could taste five different wines in that night.

Embers Cabernet Sauvignon 

H&V Eden Valley Riesling

Voga Moscato Sicilia

After I have tasted all five of the wines above, The Voga Moscato Sicilia is the best wine for me, this Sparkling White Wine contains only 7.5%! According to the speaker, this kind of wine is getting trendy recently. It taste fruitful and semi-sweet, best go with desserts, which is what I like the most! : D

Monin's Cocktail Workshop @ Ben's Independent Grocer - Publika

02/12/2012，星期天--这天很荣幸的能够参与由Monin第一次在马来西亚举办的Cocktail workshop，很感谢BIG Group让我们能够免费的参与这次的研习会。

Masak-Masak Section @ Ben's Independent Grocer

这个研习会是在Ben's Independent Grocer 的Masak-Masak区内举办的，由Monin的代表--> Pierre和Juno主持。

当天我们可学到三种Mocktail (Berry Lemonade, Passionate Iced Tea和Italian Soda) 与Cocktail (Mojito, Pink Grape Collins和Sangria) 的做法。

活动一开始是由Pierre简短的讲解有关Monin的历史和产品。

才知道Monin是来自法国的主要食物调味品牌之一，是专门出产食物糖浆，美味酱油，果泥等等。。

图中五瓶大支装的就是他们为我们准备的Monin Syrup。

讲解完毕后就是我们亲自下手弄cocktail的时候啦~ 

Juno一边在前方示范，我们就一边在各自的桌上一步一步地跟着他做。

第一次学的我还真的有点手忙脚乱哦 >.<

学完六种饮料做法后，我们四个人组成一队一共四组，每组都得想出一种新饮料哦~

这是我们Team A的成品，命名为Famous Double Summer Mojito 有点太甜的说 >.<

其实近几年我都很想学瑜伽，烹饪，自卫术，各国的历史文化，语言等等。。以前求学期间一直不明白"活到老，学到老"的真谛，总是在想真的有人那么好学吗?有那么多东西学么?! >.<

现在出来社会后，才发现年纪越大，越不懂的东西越多，想学的东西更多!所以真的感到很荣幸能够参与这workshop,让我对Monin,Cocktail 和 Mocktail 有了基本的认识哦!

一直以来都蛮喜欢喝Cocktail的我现在可以在家有空就弄一杯喝啦～

我回来啦，才发现我已经一个多月没写部落格了，这个月也不知道怎么的浑浑噩噩的就这么过了 :P

原想把这一个月所吃过的，去过的一拼写在这篇PO的说，但最后还是放弃了，我还是比较喜欢一篇一篇慢慢的写 =)

Avene Skincare Beauty Wokshop

上个星期六参与了由Avene 和Watsons联合举办的Avene Skincare Beauty Workshop, 只需报名付费RM20就可参与了。

其实个人一直以来都好喜欢参与这种美容活动，话说可以获得很多关于美容保养的知识哦，但碍于之前每个星期六都得做工都没机会参与而作罢了。

当天是由来自法国的Ms. Frederique Pentiuax来向我们讲解有关Avene的来源，产品和皮肤性质等。。

 待她讲解完后，我们就有机会即场试用适合我们肌肤的产品。

我们可从卸妆，清洁脸部，补湿面膜到防晒产品都统统试完哦！

呵呵，我知道我把这么丑的照片PO在这儿有点欠揍，请原谅我，我只是想让你们知道这保湿面膜超舒服，超凉爽而已嘛 =P

 此外当天还有问答和幸运抽奖活动呢！

而我就读CAT的死党--->Jasmine就是幸运抽奖游戏的其中一位幸运儿呢!

   

过后我们还可以当场免费做一个Skin Analysis。

工作人员会很细心的向我们解释我们的肌肤状况，适合使用哪一种产品等等。。

Hmm..分析过后才知道我的皮肤并没有我想象中的油腻哦~

忘了说我们所付的RM20报名费可在活动当天买Avene的产品fully redeemable的哦！

我也买了三瓶装的Avene Thermal Spring Water,扣了RM20后只需付RM15而已，超划算.

 Last but not least, 当天所有报名的出席者都可以把这一份价值RM96的产品带回家哦！

这次能够参与这么有好康的活动，我和Jasmine都十分兴奋和满意，下次还有酱的活动我们一定会再去 =)
